MacArthur Business Park - a new ground up twelve building project totaling 63,000 square feet in the well-established Stonebridge Industrial Park in Tracy, California. Free-standing buildings and condominiums at MacArthur Business Center ranged in size from 3,135± square feet to 9,960± square feet and designed for warehouse, flex and/or distribution uses.
Each of the twelve buildings at MacArthur Business Center features concrete tilt-up construction, store fronts with reception area, one private office and one restroom. Pacific Building performed a complete design build to turn key project. |

Tracy Commerce Center, consisted of constructing a new commercial ground up condominium project, 38,000 square feet with unit sizes of 2,200 square feet. Pacific Building was hired to design build and provide a turn key result. Located along Interstate 205, in between the Tracy Blvd. and MacArthur Dr. off ramps, the project is visible from the freeway.
Seventeen individual units at Tracy Commerce Center featured concrete tilt-up construction, 21' minimum clear, glass store fronts with open reception/office area and one restroom. |

The Car West Auto body Elite project consisted of a commercial tenant improvement renovating an existing 60,000 square foot concrete tilt up building and 4.6 acre site. Extensive interior demolition was performed to make way for Northern California's largest state of the art auto body and collision repair shop.
The automotive facility included customer lobbies, offices, restrooms, lounges, automotive shop, parts receiving and parts inventory rooms and supporting infrastructure systems. Pacific Building Inc. assisted in planning, design, value engineering, construction and continuing management roles. |
